About 4-5 days a week I write in my gratitude journal. Doing this has been a blessing for my anxiety and a good reminder to all the beauty in our lives. We have soooo much to be grateful for! Below I shared the Structure and a couple tips to successful journaling. I also went a head and included todays entry as a reference! But really there is no right way as long as you are sharing your gratitude!
- What am Grateful for? Focus on one thing here. And include details about why.I am grateful for my able body. The fact that everything works together and functions as one is the most beautiful work of art. If I actually take the time to think about it I am in complete awe. I am grateful my body feels healthy and free of pain. I am grateful to be able to wake up, move, stretch and breathe without ever having to think about it. I am grateful to have this body carry me through each day and on to new adventures.
- What am I grateful for today? Something special about today! Be specific!Today, I am grateful for the sunshine. It hasn’t been around as much recently. And boy, do I love it. I love the way the sun trickles into my white room in the morning, lighting the day up with positivity. I love how it wakes the birds and brings a little extra music to the day. I am grateful for the warmth I feel on my skin. I am grateful for all it’s positive light.
- A list of 10 things I am grateful for! Share the first ten things that come to mind. It is fun to look through these over time and see which ones are constantly re-occuring.I am grateful for a happy and healthy family.

- Law of Attraction Gratitude Section! I am not sure how many of you are familiar with the Law of attraction but it’s being for grateful for things you desire in your life. Putting out the right energy and vibrations. Google the SECRET and watch it on youtube to learn more about it (Kinda Cheesy/crazy, but I swear by it) Below are a couple things I want in my life. I typically list List 3-5 things!I am grateful for the launch of my new business has been such a success!
